2. What Personal Data We Process, for What Purpose, and on What Legal Basis

We process different categories of personal data for specific purposes. The GDPR requires us to have a legal basis for each processing activity.

3. Who We Share Your Data With (Recipients)

We do not sell your personal data. However, to provide our services, we may share your data with trusted third-party service providers (sub-processors). These include:

  • Cloud & Hosting Providers: Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud for secure data storage.

  • CRM & Communication Platforms: HubSpot, to manage our client communications.

  • Analytics Software: Google Analytics (anonymised IP) to analyze website usage.

  • Lead Generation Platforms: When you submit a form via LinkedIn, your data is processed by both us and LinkedIn according to their privacy policy.

We have data processing agreements (DPAs) in place with these parties to ensure they handle your data securely and in compliance with the GDPR.

4. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When we transfer data to these countries, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to guarantee a level of data protection equivalent to that within the EU.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data (Retention)

We do not store your data for longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

  • Contact & Client Data: For the duration of our business relationship and for up to 7 years thereafter to comply with our legal and fiscal obligations.

  • Data from Contact Forms: For up to 2 years after the last contact moment, unless you become a client.

  • Technical Logs: For a maximum of 90 days.

6. How We Use AI

Our services may involve the use of Artificial Intelligence to analyze data you provide. We are committed to responsible AI. This means:

  • Our systems are designed to support human decision-making, not to make fully automated decisions with significant legal or personal consequences without human oversight.

  • We continuously work to ensure fairness and prevent bias in our models.

You have several rights regarding your personal data. You can:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.

  • Request deletion of your data.

  • Object to certain processing activities (e.g., for marketing).

8. Filing a Complaint

If you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes on your privacy rights, we kindly ask you to contact us first to resolve the issue. You also have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands.
